Amager Strandpark

I visited Amager beach this past weekend to take full advantage of the warm Danish sun. It was filled with smiling Danes grooving to electronic beats and looking oh-so stylish. The architecture of the beach stations felt brutalist yet beautiful, a hard combination to pull off. I felt as if R2-D2 could wiggle past at any moment.

A short trip from the city centre, but a feeling of being a million light years away.
