I have never been a fan – ever, however after reading this little fact today, I am becoming a convert.

If you miss breakfast, your metabolism slows and it becomes more difficult to lose weight and keep it off. In addition, a healthy breakfast allows you greater concentration and productivity throughout the morning, and reduces your cholesterol.

Having sussed out a Scandi label of organic oatmeal and the fact that Strawberries are in season right now, seriously helps.
