Recently reading a story about how working outdoor activity into your daily life can make a big impact, I realized how even a fifteen minute bike ride can really change your day. New York is not the easiest town to bike in, but it can be done.

Copenhagen is still the best biking town around though, Amsterdam it's close second in my opinion.
