iPhone stolen

Sadly I had my iPhone taken this week while having dinner. I love apple, however I am getting very sad to learn that buying a replacement phone is not possible - I mean 'cmon peeps..help a lady out!

If anyone reads this and can help me find a way to not spend a crazy amount of cash to buy an unlocked phone, I will send you cookies and thank you notes for a year.
